As part of the SMEQA project (Strengthening Capacities and Mechanisms for Enhancement of Quality Assurance System in Higher Education in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Project No. 101128889-ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE-STRAND 3), a successful workshop on external quality assurance support was held on Thursday, 2nd October 2025, at the Rectorate of the University of Sarajevo.
The workshop was designed to strengthen the capacities of higher education institutions (HEIs) in preparing self-evaluation reports in accordance with institutional and study-program accreditation models. It provided participants with practical guidance, methodological frameworks, and opportunities for collaborative learning to enhance the quality assurance processes within their institutions.

The workshop was highly successful, with active participation from HEI representatives and ministry experts. Collaborative discussions, practical exercises, and exchange of experiences contributed to enhancing quality assurance capacities across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
